We offer a full range of high-purity silver foils in the thicknesses listed in the table. Our most sought-after product is the ultra-thin film with a thickness of 0.011 mm (11 microns), developed specifically to meet current market demands.
The foil strip is perfectly flat, with a bright and flawless surface.
The compact grain structure guarantees high quality even during the most complex forming processes.
The product is rolled onto aluminum tubes (Al tube outer diameter: 125 mm, inner diameter: 120 mm) and is handled and stored only in a horizontal position. Due to the material’s thinness, it is treated with the utmost care during both manufacturing and storage.

At Nemesfém Kft., aluminum sheets coated with Ag999 foil are also available, thereby creating bi-metal plates. Any foil thickness listed in the table can be applied onto aluminum sheets with thicknesses of 0.3 mm and 0.5 mm.
The bi-metal plates can be cut to the requested size and are coated with a low-adhesion plastic layer.
This plastic layer protects the product up until cutting or bending operations and can be easily removed afterwards.
