Nemesfém Ltd. offers a wide range of ribbons and coils for various applications (such as stamping, continuous cutting, continuous laser cutting), as well as flat wires for chains.
The ribbon surfaces are bright and flawless. The compact particle structure guarantees perfect results, even in the most complex forming processes.
The ribbons have cut edges and are available in coils of various sizes.

Thickness tolerance between 0.10-0.20 mm: +\- 0.01mm
Thickness tolerance between 0.21-0.40 mm: +\- 0.015mm

For widths below 80 mm, the tolerance is: +\- 0.2 mm
For widths between 81-140 mm, the tolerance is: +\-0.3mm
For widths between 141-300 mm, the tolerance is: +\-0.4mm
For widths between 301-350 mm, the tolerance is: +\-0.5mm
Ribbons with a width of 360 mm are supplied with rough edges (tolerance: ±5 mm), either wound without a core (inner diameter 300 mm) or on plastic spools with a diameter of 125 mm or 200 mm.
